This policy covers studio.geofilmstudio.com, geofilmstudio.com and Geo Film Studio Uploader, the private tool Geo Film Studio uses to upload its own films to its own YouTube channels.

Geo Film Studio Uploader and YouTube

Geo Film Studio Uploader uses the YouTube API Services. By using it, a channel owner also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to the data YouTube holds.

The uploader is used only by Geo Film Studio, on channels Geo Film Studio owns. When the owner of one of our channels signs in with Google and allows access, the uploader can:

• read the channel's name and ID, to confirm it is uploading to the right channel;
• upload our own videos to that channel, as private;
• add captions and a thumbnail to those videos.

It does not read, change or delete any other videos, comments, playlists, subscribers or analytics, and it never touches any channel we do not own.

What we store, and where

• A sign-in key from Google (an OAuth token) for each of our channels, kept on Geo Film Studio's own private server and readable only by the uploader. It is never shown on a website, sent by email or shared.
• The channel's name and ID, and a record of each video we upload (its YouTube ID, title and upload status), kept with our own film files.

We collect no data about viewers, visitors or anyone else's YouTube account through the uploader.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any data from Google or YouTube with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. Google user data is used only to upload our own films, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it, and how to remove it

We keep a channel's sign-in key only while we use the uploader on that channel. Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (remove "Geo Film Studio Uploader") or in YouTube's security settings, and the key stops working at once. To have our stored copy deleted, write to geofilmstudio01@gmail.com and we will delete it within 7 days.

studio.geofilmstudio.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. geofilmstudio.com is hosted by GoDaddy and may use cookies to measure traffic, as its cookie notice explains. If you write to us, we use your message only to reply.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
